By pressing the "Pay and renew automatically" button, I agree that Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Vladimirovich Shkil (INN 561017656972, OGRNIP 325565800076010; hereinafter the "Contractor") will, through the payment acceptance service of ROBOKASSA LLC, automatically charge the fee for the subscription to the BF Designer software to the bank card with which I paid for the subscription, on the following terms.
What is charged and when
- At the end of each paid term, the fee for the next term of the same length is charged: {N} months.
- The amount is charged at the plan price in effect on the date of the charge. As of the date of my consent, this is RUB {renewal price} for {N} months. The first subscription price does not apply to renewal.
- Charges continue until I cancel auto-renewal.
What the Contractor undertakes to do
- 3 days before each charge, send the date and amount of the charge to the e-mail specified at payment and show them in the software; if I have linked Telegram, also send them to the Bot @bfdesigner_bot.
- If the plan price changes, notify me of the new price at least 7 days before the charge.
- After each charge, send the cash receipt to my e-mail and, if Telegram is linked, also a link to it to the Bot.
- If a charge fails, retry it 1 day and 3 days after the end of the paid term and notify me of each failed attempt. While the attempts are ongoing, the key keeps working. After the third failed attempt, auto-renewal is disabled and no debt arises.
How to cancel
Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time with a single click — in the software (Settings → License), on the Payment Page at pay.blenderfamily.com or in the Bot @bfdesigner_bot — or by an e-mail to support@blenderfamily.com. After cancellation, there will be no further charges. The term already paid for is retained until its end.
What is stored
The Contractor stores confirmation of this consent: the date and time, IP address, plan, amount and frequency of charges, the version of this text and the number of the first payment in Robokassa, as well as a record of each cancellation. The Contractor does not receive or store bank card data.
