I, a user of the BF Designer software, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Vladimirovich Shkil (INN 561017656972, OGRNIP 325565800076010, Orenburg; hereinafter "the Operator") to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.
I give consent by ticking the checkbox "Help improve the software: telemetry and crash reports" in the software. The checkbox is not pre-selected; it can be unticked at any time in the settings.
Purposes, data and retention periods
Purpose 1. Telemetry — to improve the software
- Data: license key, hardware fingerprint, area of the software in use, session length, feature usage counters.
- Retention period: 1 year from receipt.
Purpose 2. Crash reports — to fix errors
- Data: license key, hardware fingerprint, software version, error type and text. File paths and the Windows user name are stripped by the software before sending.
- Without this consent, the software sends only anonymized crash reports — without the license key, fingerprint and account (Policy, clause 5.5); these can be disabled in the settings. The consent adds the license key to the report so that the Operator can contact me about the error.
- Retention period: 1 year from receipt.
What the Operator may do with the data
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is automated. The data are stored on the Operator's server in Russia. For purposes 1 and 2, the Operator does not transfer the data to third parties, except for storage on the server with the hosting provider (TIMEWEB.CLOUD LLC, Russia).
Term and withdrawal of consent
This consent is valid until it is withdrawn, but no longer than my Account exists.
I may withdraw consent at any time, in full or for an individual purpose:
- using the toggle in the software settings;
- using the button in the "Documents" section of the Bot, if I have linked Telegram;
- by e-mail to legal@blenderfamily.com.
After withdrawal, the Operator stops the processing and deletes the relevant data within 30 days. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the license key or access to the software and AI services.
